Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this farman which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.
There shall be a Regent of the Kingdom who, in times of absence of the Shah, will act as the head of state of Babkha. The Regent shall have the power to enact decrees which shall be binding on the Kingdom. Decrees amending already existing law need the signature of the Grand Vizier.
The Regent may call the Majlis i Satrapan into session, if so necessary under the laws of the Kingdom.
The Regent will work together with the Grand Vizier in maintaining the stability and progression of the Kingdom. The Chief Justice shall advise the Regent on legal matters.
I appoint Sahib Jahandar Khan as Regent. Darius Rugahi remains the Grand Vizier and Ardashir the dead is the Chief Justice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Great Seal of the Rastakhiz to be affixed to this Farman which We have signed with Our Hand. Given this fifth day of Tir, in the year 1386 in the Alhambra.
RASHID SHAHANSHAH, Shah of Babkha, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, etc.

And to answer your questions: No I can't access the main forums. None of my accounts or passwords are working. No, we don't have a seperation of powers in Babkha. What I say is law, so there!
